All my classes are carefully tailored and planned to give students more insight into their bodies and minds and the benefits that are gained internally and externally from the Yoga asanas, pranayama, mudras and guided  relaxation.
I focus on correct alignment and proper breathing.
In my classes postures are practiced to align,strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.
Full body relaxation and balance are the goals as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures,twists, back bends, forward folds and hip openers.
I always finish my classes with sound meditation, using crystal singing bowls, which has a healing effect for body and mind.
My classes are designed for mixed-level participants as I offer different modifications and making the practice accessible to everybody.
All levels are welcomed.
