Spring Into Wellness: Seasonal Yoga Events You Won't Want to Miss

As the days grow longer and nature begins to bloom, it's the perfect time to refresh your practice. Here's a look at what we have planned this spring — from outdoor yoga sessions to special workshops and community gatherings.

1 March 2026

A Fresh Start on the Mat

Spring has always been a season of renewal. At Yoga Me Yoga You, we believe in honouring the rhythms of nature through our practice. As winter's heaviness lifts, it's the perfect time to energise, cleanse, and open up.

What's Coming This Spring

? Outdoor Yoga in the Park

Starting April — weather permitting!

There's something extraordinary about practising yoga outdoors. We'll be running weekly outdoor sessions in our local green spaces.

  • When: Saturday mornings, 9:00am
  • Where: Announced weekly via our newsletter
  • Cost: Included in your package or available as a drop-in

? Spring Equinox Special: Balance & Renewal Workshop

This special two-hour workshop will include:

  • Balancing poses that challenge your stability and focus
  • Breathwork for clearing stagnant winter energy
  • Guided meditation on the theme of new beginnings
  • Journaling prompts to set spring intentions

? Yoga & Nature Walk

A new addition combining a gentle guided nature walk with outdoor yoga.

? Community Social: Yoga & Brunch

Because yoga is just as much about connection as it is about downward dogs.
